Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of CaseOnCall, an AI-assisted practice and coaching service operated by Receptly, Inc., 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. CaseOnCall is launching for users in the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

By creating an account, selecting acceptance, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Consent Notice describes the requirements for recorded or transcribed sessions.

The service

CaseOnCall provides practice case interview capture, transcription, automated analysis, transcript-backed feedback, progress tracking, and drill recommendations. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops. We may use service providers in categories such as hosting, storage, authentication, communication, payment processing, security, transcription, and AI inference to operate the service.

Customer content is never used to train or fine-tune general-purpose or product models. It is processed to provide the features requested through CaseOnCall, operate the service, support users, and protect the service.

Accounts and legal acceptance

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and activity under your account. You must promptly tell us about unauthorized access. We record the versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy accepted when an account is created or an applicable sign-in flow is completed.

Recording and participant consent

Before CaseOnCall Assistant is admitted, the organizer must tell every participant that the meeting may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed. The organizer must obtain the consent required by applicable law from every participant and must remove the assistant before the conversation continues if any participant declines or withdraws consent. You are responsible for the notices, permissions, and consents required for the meeting.

Use of CaseOnCall in a session confirms that you have authority to invite the assistant and that the session is suitable for the service.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in information you submit or make available through CaseOnCall. You grant Receptly a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transcribe, analyze, display, and otherwise process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. The license ends when the content is deleted, subject to legally required or security-related retention.

Do not submit information you are prohibited from sharing, confidential client information unrelated to practice coaching, or highly sensitive personal information that the service does not require.

Acceptable use

• Use CaseOnCall only for lawful practice, coaching, and educational purposes.
• Respect the privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and recording rights of every participant.
• Keep feedback and reports limited to people who are authorized to receive them.
• Do not use CaseOnCall feedback as the sole basis for employment, admissions, housing, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, upload malware, or misuse another person’s account.

Plans, charges, and cancellation

Plan names, report limits, features, and prices are shown at signup or checkout. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You authorize the selected payment method for recurring charges, applicable taxes, and other charges shown before purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features may continue through that period.

Contact support promptly about a failed session, duplicate charge, or billing mistake. Refunds are reviewed under the circumstances and applicable consumer law. We may change prices or plan features after reasonable notice, with changes applying to a future billing period unless the law requires another approach.

Intellectual property

Receptly and its licensors own CaseOnCall, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and service-generated materials except for rights you retain in your content. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is permitted to access it.

Educational feedback and service limits

CaseOnCall is an educational practice tool. Automated feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. It does not guarantee interview performance, job offers, admissions results, consulting placement, or any other outcome. Review reports against the linked transcript and use your own judgment.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using CaseOnCall at any time and may request deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, payment, abuse, or material breach reasons. We may retain information where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, or legal obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseOnCall is provided on an “as available” basis, and Receptly disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receptly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Receptly’s total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be limited.

Governing law and changes

Delaware law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state or province. Courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you a different right. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
