Recording and Transcription
CaseOnCall Assistant may join a practice case interview to record, transcribe, and analyze the conversation for coaching feedback. Participants should understand this before the assistant is admitted to the meeting.
By continuing in a session where CaseOnCall Assistant is present, participants acknowledge that the session may be recorded and processed for coaching feedback.
Organizer Responsibility
The meeting organizer is responsible for confirming that every participant agrees to recording and transcription before using CaseOnCall Assistant.
How Session Data Is Used
- Generate transcript-backed case interview feedback.
- Identify strengths, development areas, and evidence moments.
- Recommend focused drills and next-step practice work.
- Operate and improve CaseOnCall coaching workflows.
Participant Choices
Participants who do not agree to recording or transcription should ask the organizer to remove CaseOnCall Assistant from the meeting before continuing. Users may request deletion of transcripts and analysis records.
